What a lovely lady. Growing up in First Baptist Church Halifax I had a large church family. My mum Fran Harvey was in many church groups with Marjorie, and always spoke so kindly of her. I clearly remember her warm welcome and kind smile. She was always such a positive person. In my adult life although I didn’t see her much she always remembered me and spoke so kindly to me and my new family whenever we were able to attend church. She was a bright light and I feel blessed to have known her.
